Dear Goosters,

This was a well-documented issue in the previous forum of the problem that I faced with my AT gearbox. I'm reproducing it here for the benefit of all who missed it and as a guidance for all owners.

Right, now... Notice the indicator icons on your dashboard i.e lights, handbrake, engine, abs etc? And for AT Goos, the P.R.N.D? When you first insert the key and turn it once, you're supposed to let the indicators blink out first, then turn it fully to start the engine. This is to allow the Goo to recognise your immobilizer code and decipher it before you crank up.

We assume that members posting in the forum are not minors, so let it be known, here and now, that we don’t intend to play the role of a nanny. Nor do we like to gag what you have to say.
